That was a pretty specific description of the homes I plan to list, wasn’t it? “Beautifully staged & well priced.” Why would I be so specific? Simple, I take listings that SELL. It doesn’t do my clients any good, or me either, to take a listing that doesn’t sell. What doesn’t sell? Homes that are aren’t staged properly & that are over priced. Our market has definitely recovered from the roller coaster of the last few years, BUT (and it’s a BIG but) buyers have gotten savvy. They won’t settle for overpaying for a home that isn’t in great condition. So, keep this short equation in mind:
Price + Condition = Value
And even more specifically:
Right Price + Great Condition = Best Value
